Juli Z. Haller concentrates her practice in complex civil, commercial and employment litigation matters, primarily representing businesses in civil litigation on claims that involve regulatory violations such as consumer protection statutes; OSHA; ANSI; ABC regulations, Insurance related matters and civil litigation; employee related matters, contract disputes and negligent hiring claims; defamation claims; professional liability cases. 

Juli also previously worked with Bailey & Ehrenberg, P.L.L.C. and Eccleston and Wolf, PC in Washington, DC, where she defended complex civil and professional liability claims.  She also served within the federal government at the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CPSC"). At the CPSC, she worked with the Chairman to address policy initiatives, regulations on business and worked within the Office of the General Counsel on regulations affecting the manufacturing, distribution and sale of products.  

In 2014, Juli obtained a jury verdict in favor of a former police officer in a civil rights based case brought against him as a police officer. Bryan v. Christopher Whitehouse, Case No.: CAL12-09582, Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Md., involving allegations of assault and battery, including the misuse of a handgun. Juli more recently and currently represents several small businesses on both regulatory and litigation matters. Throughout 2014-2015 Juli also worked with John Person, Esq. of Person & Craver to represent American Crane in a dispute arising out of a construction project with Bechtel National involving construction standards sand contractual requirements related to a nuclear waste site in Washington State. Juli also worked with John on matters involving Perma-Fix Northwest Richland in litigation in Illinois and Tennessee. Juli also recently successfully obtained a dismissal of a complaint before a licensing board against a general contractor in Virginia, involving a claim that negligent construction led to the wrongful death of an eight-year old girl. The matter involved claims of construction and products liability.
